About The Owners
Larry and Elissa Holder operate Regency Carpet and Floor Care and seek to offer the best in professional carpet cleaning, grout and tile cleaning, upholstery cleaning, carpet repair and water extraction.
Larry Holder has been actively involved in the industry for over 20 years – from his privately owned residential and commercial carpet cleaning business to corporate positions with national companies - he has a vast amount of knowledge and experience.
Past clients have included, UPS Headquarters in Atlanta, Borders Books, Best Buy, and numerous venues of the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
His responsibilities in the carpet and floor care industry have included field technical and operational support, operations management, safety training, customer care, curriculum development, classroom instruction and training seminars for nationwide operations.
Larry has received his Master Textile Cleaner certification from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) This designation gives national recognition of his expertise in carpet care and acknowledges his dedication to participating in the industry and to adhere to the high quality of standards set forth by the IICRC. Additionally, Larry has been designated an IICRC Approved Carpet Cleaning Instructor by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. He is approved to teach and administer IICRC certification programs. He has a 13 year history as a training facilitator within the industry.
Elissa Holder has received her Journeyman Textile Certification from the IICRC. Her training has been completed in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery/Fabric Care and Odor Control. She brings to Regency Carpet and Floor Care many years of financial management, marketing and customer service skills.
Regency Carpet and Floor Care was founded on the philosophy that superior service and superior quality must be the cornerstones of our business. We have been awarded a Certified Firm status with the IICRC (The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification), as well as the Carpet and Rug Institute's CRI-Seal of Approval.
Regency Carpet and Floor Care is actively involved in The Fayette County Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, they are members of World Floor Covering Association and Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning Association.
